Enum Class CellFacet.Sort
- All Implemented Interfaces:
Serializable,Comparable<CellFacet.Sort>,Constable
- Enclosing class:
CellFacet
Which way a sorted column's rows run.
Three values and not four. Each platform has its own carrier and each carries exactly
these: Windows an ItemStatus phrase on the header and the same words as
HelpText (File Explorer's convention, read on the guest; NVDA 2024.4.2 has no
ItemStatus handler and speaks a description), Linux Orca's sort object
attribute, macOS AXSortDirection. Orca also understands other, for a column
sorted by something the three words cannot describe; nothing in the toolkit sorts that way,
and a value no widget can produce is a value no bridge could be tested against, so it is
left out until a widget needs it.
A 1.x minor release may add constants to this enum: a switch over it needs a
default branch.
